HOW THE CONTEST WORKS
Once the contest starts (it has not started yet) but once it starts, contestants
register to receive a *FREE* ticket. The first contestant to mail in the
ticket with the solution receives the Grand Prize. Each contestant is
entered into a drawing for the Jackpot the winner selected at random.
