HOW THE CONTEST WORKS
Once the contest starts (it has not started yet) but once it starts, contestants
will purchase a quantity of e-tickets. The first contestant to mail in the
ticket with the solution receives the Grand Prize. Then each contestant is
entered into a drawing for the Jackpot
